+ About This Job Opening +

We are currently seeking to hire an Experienced Customer Retention Specialist. This position require a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license OR a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance license.

+ Responsibilities +

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening

· Address customer concerns and provide immediate and tailored solutions

· Educate customers regarding their policy details and adapt the policy to fit changing needs

· Promote retirement plans and life insurance options

· Be proficient with computer data processes and communication platforms, including meticulous annotation of client contact and follow up

+ Requirements +

· Min 2yrs experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Sales, Customer Service, and/or Account Management

· Knowledgeable within the Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance Industry

· Must have a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance License or a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance License

· Have a positive attitude, a passion for customer service, work well under pressure, and strive for excellence

· Must be able to work from 9am to 6pm M-Th, 9am to 5pm Fr (one hour for lunch) in our Castle Rock Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,750.00 - $4,250.00 per month
